Over the last few months, taking into account all that we have heard from leaders across the County and at the 2018 County Conference and Development Days, we developed and produced the County Development Plan 2018-2021. It has been shared with District Commissioners and the County Executive Committee who gave it their full support.

It provides the basis for growth and support for activities at a County level as well as exploring the potential to increase our activities as a legacy for the future. The County Development Plan is now available for everyone and it would be great if you could have a look and see what you might do in your Section, Group or District to contribute to its achievement.
