Creative activities
This day gives Beavers and their parents/guardian, the opportunity to experience a variety of water, earth and field activities under the watchful eye of our instructors.
Activities will include a selection from the following: Bellboating, Open Canoeing, Climbing, Orienteering, Games and outdoor activity themed craft / creative bases.
Beavers who take part in all the activity sessions, will, subject to weather conditions, have covered the requirements of the Time on the Water Badge and may cover other badges linked to the activities provided.
An attendance certificate will be given.

Open to all Cubs, Scouts and Explorers
Come and enjoy an introduction to the filming and photographing of wildlife followed by practical sessions in this wonderful wildlife area on the Escrick Park Estate. The whole session is laid on and will be managed by members of the Hagge Woods Trust.
The event will run with a minimum number of 15 and a maximum of 30 participants.
Participants should bring their own lunch but drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Members of the Creative Team will be in attendance and the Team’s digital still and video cameras will be used, although participants may also bring their own equipment.
